Strategic Development Orientation of Phu Xuan University<\/span><\/h3>

Develop the university in a multi-disciplinary and multi-sectoral direction with a reasonable scale, transitioning towards in-depth development. Enhance the practical capabilities of learners, integrate education with real-world production in enterprises, and focus on applying research results to practical life. Provide a workforce with honesty, dynamism, practical knowledge, and practical skills suitable for local, sectoral, and general economic requirements. Actively contribute to serving the community.<\/span><\/p>

2. Orientation and Objectives of Each Major Field<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

2.1. Development Strategy for Training Activities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

2.1.1. 2020 \u2013 2025 period<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 Transition from the conversion stage (multi-disciplinary, gradually improving reputation and brand) to in-depth development, striving for quality with an increased focus on practical training.<\/span><\/p>

\u2013 Training scale: Maintain and stabilize between 1,500 to 2,000 students. Specifically, about 85% for regular undergraduate programs and around 15% for associate degree programs.<\/span><\/p>

\u2013 Align training programs with the framework programs, adhering to the minimum duration as per the current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0 \u2013 In 2021, achieve ISO 9001-2015 quality standards.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0 \u2013 In 2022, meet the quality standards for Higher Education Institutions according to Circular 12\/2017 of the Ministry of Education and Training.<\/span><\/p>

1.1. Optimizing Organizational Structure and Personnel<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

\u2013 Clearly define the positions and authorities of the directing and managing bodies of the University in accordance with the regulations on organization and operation, including the Investor, the University Council, the Board of Directors, and affiliated units.<\/span><\/p>

\u2013 Revamp the Executive Board, leadership of Departments, Faculties, and affiliated units in a gradual process of rejuvenation.<\/span><\/p>

\u2013 Reorganize the organizational structure in a streamlined and effective manner, aligning with assigned functions and responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>

\u2013 Develop and enhance the core faculty team in accordance with the training scale, striving to increase the proportion of faculty with doctoral qualifications. Improve the language proficiency of all faculty members, especially young lecturers. Core faculty members must meet the prescribed standards.<\/span><\/p>

1.2. Improve the quality of life for the faculty through the creation of high-income positions and the enhancement of working environments. Periodically, approximately every 1 to 3 years, the institution will review and adjust the salary levels for officers, lecturers, and staff; modify the remuneration rates for lecturers to increase income for the workforce (depending on the actual situation).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>
