WELCOME TO THE OPENING CEREMONY OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-2024 AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE APPOINTMENT OF THE PRESIDENT
In the joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere to welcome the new academic year, Phu Xuan University solemnly organizes the Opening Ceremony for the academic year 2023-2024 and announces the decision to appoint the President.
This is an annual traditional program to welcome the new academic year. At the same time, it is an occasion to honor and award scholarships to the top students, commend students with excellent academic achievements, resilience in overcoming challenges, and active contributions to the Youth Union activities.
During the ceremony, Phu Xuan University will also announce the decision to appoint Dr. Ngo Hoang Oanh as the new Principal. The university warmly welcomes distinguished guests, teachers, parents, and students to attend the program.
